FIELD: construction of buildings and structures.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the installation of pile foundations in the construction of buildings and structures for various purposes in areas of permafrost distribution with the preservation of the foundation soils in a frozen state during construction and during the entire period of operation of the building or structure. The combined method of installing pile foundations in permafrost soils includes drilling a well in permafrost soils with extraction of loosened frozen soils during drilling, installation of a pile and its subsequent concreting in the well. A pile structure is used, including an upper prefabricated part with reinforcing outlets, the length of which corresponds to the depth of the active soil layer, and a lower monolithic part, and the reinforcement releases are necessary only for reliable fastening of the upper prefabricated part of the pile with the lower monolithic one, thereby eliminating the need to reinforce the lower monolithic part of the pile for its entire length, a U-shaped metal the pipe, for which, in order to prevent the pile from contacting the permafrost soils of the base to the bottom of the drilled well a layer of inorganic bulk material is pre-laid. A U-shaped metal pipe and a prefabricated part of the pile are installed, fixed with the help of conductors and concreting of the lower monolithic part in a layer of permafrost soils and subsequent filling of the borehole in the active layer with non-porous soil is carried out.

EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring the possibility of erecting a pile foundation at any time of the year, especially in winter at low negative outdoor temperatures, intensive restoration of the temperature regime of the foundation soils and increasing its bearing capacity regardless of the time of year, increasing the resistance of piles to the tangential forces of frost heaving, reducing construction time.
