FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: inputs are located at the substrate first sheet and spaced apart in a preset manner to produce the first sheet with the article section including the inputs and end sections at the article section both ends. Glue is applied on the substrate second sheet with the help of appropriate applicator to produce the second sheet. The first and second sheets are fed via the gap between two rollers so that inputs and glue face each other to lap so that a pocket is formed with liquid glue upstream of said gap. Glue amount is controlled by feedback circuit to rule out the glue leak from the pocket onto the first sheet end sections.

EFFECT: perfected process.
