SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for obtaining organosilane coupling agents. Claimed is method for obtaining organosilane of general formula (HO)2R1Si-Z-Sm-R2, in which R1 stands for monovalent hydrocarbon group, selected from linear or branched alkyls, containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms; R2 stands for monovalent hydrocarbon group, selected from linear or branched alkyls, containing from 1 to 30 carbon atoms; Z is selected from (C1-C18)alkylenes and (C6-C12)arylenes; m stands for number, larger or equal 2, which includes the following stages: binding of formula R2-SH mercaptane to diazodicarboxylate with obtaining thiohydrazine; substitution of obtained thiohydrazine with second mercaptane of formula (R3O)2R1Si-Z-SH, in which R3, similar or different, represent monovalent hydrocarbon group, selected from alkyls, containing 1-6 carbon atoms; hydrolysis in acidic medium with obtaining target organosilane. Application of obtained organosilane as coupling agent is also claimed.
EFFECT: claimed method makes it possible to obtain organosilanes, which improve suitability to processing and resistance to subvulcanisation in compositions, which contain said silanes as coupling agent.
