SUBSTANCE: reel comprises a rack and a housing with a lid. In the housing there is a planetary gear train with a central outer gear and a handle. The handle is fixed to the axis of the carrier with satellite gears rotating the central inner gear and the spool located on the axis of the central inner gear and connected to it with a set of friction washers, connected pairwise to the spool and the gear, respectively, and pursed by the nut with the required friction torque. The reel has a double-acting ratchet mechanism located on the axis of the carrier and the housing lid with the ability to turn it off, a petal-shaped line aligner, spring-loaded and mounted pivotally on the swing arm, in a package with anti-friction washers, mounted in a circular wing on the finger with the ability of rotation and fixing of the spinning reel in two mutually perpendicular positions.

EFFECT: throwing a fishing line with fishing bait without rotating the spool and winding the fishing line without its kinking.
