FIELD: fishing and fish farming.

SUBSTANCE: coil includes handle, body with cover, planetary gear, ratchet mechanism, bobbin with friction washers, rotary bracket with wood trimmer, circular link with connecting bracket. In the housing with the central external gear there is a planetary gear transmission. Handle is fixed on axis of carrier with satellite gears self-aligning in carrier slots and rotating central internal gear and bobbin, connected with shaft of central internal gear by means of two friction washers, and pressed with nut with required friction moment relative to bobbin. Coil has double-action ratchet mechanism arranged on carrier axis and housing cover with possibility of its disconnection, balancer is lobed, spring-loaded and secured hingedly on pivoting bracket, installed in circular link with bracket connecting and with possibility of rotation and fixation of spinning coil in two mutually perpendicular positions.

EFFECT: invention provides throwing of fishing line with fishing bait without rotation of bobbin and the winding of line without its twisting.
