SUBSTANCE: method involves the preparation of prescription components, cutting and rendering fat from the bacon, cut, add to the bacon and sautéing onions, soak the bone broth and chopping wheat bread, cutting and chopping beef and pork, the mixing of the onions and the rest of these components with chicken eggs, salt, black pepper, marjoram and thyme to produce minced meat, removing the leaves, freezing and thawing of fresh ornamental cabbage, molding minced meat in cabbage leaves to produce rolls, blanching and cutting carrots, mixing it with the remaining onions, serial packing the resulting mixture, rolls and bone broth, sealing and sterilization.
EFFECT: invention provides a new use of non-conventional tinned vegetable raw materials without changing the organoleptic properties of the desired product.
