FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of canned second lunch dishes. Prescription components are prepared for method fulfilment. Carrots are cut. Ornamental cabbage is chopped and got frozen. Wheat flour is sautéed. Components are mixed with tomato paste, sugar, part of salt, and part of black pepper to prepare garnish. Beef, pork, potatoes, and onions are chopped and cut and mixed with chicken eggs and remaining parts of salt and black pepper to prepare minced meat. Ground meat is shaped, breadcrumbed and fried in cooking oil to produce meat chops. Meat chops, garnish and bone broth are packed. Then all this is sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to get new canned foods using nonconventional vegetable raw materials without changing organoleptic properties of target product.
