FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: structure for connection of the turret (202) inside the ship trunk (204) with possibility of rotation around the longitudinal axis of the turret (202) contains a flange (112) connected with the turret (202), second flange (118) connected with ship (204), bottom thrust roller bearing (150), top thrust roller bearing (154) and divider (119B). The bearings (150, 154) are made with possibility of detachment. The removed axial divider (119B) ensures engagement of the ship (204) and turret (202) with top (154) and bottom (150) bearings. The divider (119B) removal increases distance between the flanges (112, 118) of the ship (204) and turret (202) located between the thrust bearings. The middle radial bearing (152) contains one or more radially located cushions (172) of the bearing, that ensure limited axial displacement of the turret (202) relatively to the ship (204) during the thrust bearing (154) replacement, at the same time keeping the radial loads and ensuring rotation. Addition of the temporary thrust bearing ensures change of the ship orientation (204) around the turret (202) during the thrust bearing replacement in situ.
EFFECT: creation of the turret bearing for the turret mooring system, that combines advantages of higher allowed load, increased reliability and characteristic of tight medium of integral bearing with advantage of replacement in situ of the wheel and guide bearings.
