SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to underwater extraction of fluids or gases. Proposed device consists of floating structure, for example, ship equipped with one-point mooring anchor system. Said system is composed of turret articulated at vertical well extending through floating structure hull anchored at sea bottom to accommodate pipelines to feed fluid to floating structure equipment. Mooring anchor system comprises device to guide turret into said well and axial and radial bearing assemblies.
