FIELD: motor car construction.
SUBSTANCE: claimed process consists in application of bearing section to support the reinforcing section of fibrous composite semi-finished product at hardening performed in production of the vehicle body part. Note here that said reinforcing section is connected to the surface composed by the fibrous semi-finished composite of the body skin. Note here that said reinforcing section comprises airtight sectional sleeve and at least one adapter plugged in said sectional sleeve at one of its ends and sealed by said plug-in joint relative to sectional sleeve. Note here that adapter external section extending from the sleeve end is provided with air passage to feed the preset constant pressure into the sleeve at hardening. Note also that said air passage has threaded hole and sleeve-like screw screwed therein to allows the pressure fed inside the sleeve via the hole in airtight film adjoining the adapter outer section. Note that the film outer sections around said hole are squeezed between the air passage screw head and the adapter outer section to be thus sealed.
EFFECT: simplified fabrication.
