FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: elastic sleeve of a rod is laid into a mechanism for development of pre-stressing, and the laid sleeve is stretched by means of putting this mechanism into active condition in order to develop pre-stressed elastic deformation in the sleeve. Then the rod body, which is stable in dimensions, is inserted via a hole of a stretched rod sleeve, and then the stretched rod sleeve is lowered by putting the pre-stressing mechanism into non-active condition to ensure tight covering of the rod body with the sleeve, thus making the forming rod. Afterwards at least one semi-finished stock of fibrous material is laid at least partially on the produced forming rod to form the component to be made from a composite material reinforced with fibres.
EFFECT: production of cheap and light structural component from fibrous composite material.
