SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. In compliance with proposed method, mould insert is formed with the help of forming tool from material incorporating plug. Thus formed mould insert is arranged in the mould nearby partially hardened reinforcing element at composite component base for producing, at least, one part of component being formed. Formed part is subjected to multistep heat and/or pressure treatment to make the component of fibrous composite.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, decreased weight of said component.
