FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: flow gas chromatograph is designed to determine qualitative and quantitative composition of different gases, e.g. natural gas for process streams enterprises gas, petrochemical and other industries. Chromatograph includes housing (1, 2) with nozzles (3.1-3.6) intended for supply and discharge of gases and located in housing of device (5) for preparation and samples inputting, heat-insulated analytical unit (13), system of pipelines connecting functional components of chromatograph with each other and nozzles for gas input and output; as well as gas flow direction controls. Device (5) for preparation and inputting samples includes pressure regulators (6, 7) and flow rate (8), flow meter (9) and throttle (10), and analytical unit (13) contains thermostat (14) comprising chromatographic analytical column (15), detector (16) and dosing volume (17). Gas flow direction controls include electronic unit (4) and associated controlled shut-off valves (11.1-11.20) fitted in appropriate pipelines, electronic control unit (4) with possibility of independent control by each shutoff valve.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of gas composition measurement and higher level of automation during maintenance works, broader functional capabilities of chromatograph and areas of its application.
