FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over the structural profile of the wing structural profile or that of towed kite with the help of at least two ropes (8) for conversion of wind energy into electric or mechanical power. Claimed actuator system is designed to convert the wind energy into electric or mechanical power. Said system comprises the first module (11, 12) for actuation by the rope winding/unwinding for identical magnitude and the second module (2a, 2b, 4a, 4b). The latter is arranged between the towed kite (7) and the first module (11, 12) for actuation by control over the difference between the lengths of ropes (8). Sid system exploits the single motor (3) or motor-generator (15).

EFFECT: control over takeoff and landing of the towed kites.
