FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: generation method of electric power by means of wind system containing at least one kite balloon controlled from the ground, wind turbine with vertical axis, which is located on the ground level, at least with one arm connected by means of two ropes to kite balloon adapted for bringing into operation by means of turbine for rotation of the arm and wind energy conversion to electric energy at least by means of one generator/electric motor system operating as generator that interacts with turbine; at that, ropes are adapted for transfer of mechanical energy from kite balloons and to them, and for control of the flight trajectory of kite balloons involves the following stages: a) flight trajectory control of balloon by its being moved transversely to wind flow direction by pulling ropes, turning the arm, diverting it from the arm and lifting the counterbalance of energy storage system; b) flight trajectory control of balloon by its being moved in the direction of wind flow by pulling ropes, turning the arm, drawing the balloon closer to the arm owing to rope winding, without lowering the counterbalance of energy storage system; c) flight trajectory control of balloon by its being moved transversely to wind flow direction, by pulling ropes, turning the arm and diverting it from the arm by unwinding the ropes without lowering the counterbalance of energy storage system; d) flight trajectory control of balloon by its being moved in the direction opposite to wind flow, without creating any braking effect for rotation of the arm of wind turbine, and is drawn near the arm by lowering the counterbalance of energy storage system for receiving the balloon in the position starting from which it continues the transverse movement relative to wind flow direction; e) repetition of the above stages.

EFFECT: increasing wind system capacity.
