FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development and production of electronic components, in particular delay lines operating on surface acoustic waves. Reflective delay line (RDL) is placed on the body base through a dielectric spacer with a low dielectric constant value, on its surface metallization with a topological pattern is made that repeats the topological drawing of the elements of the reflective delay line, on the one side of the gasket and solid metallization on the other side of the gasket.
EFFECT: decrease of the capacitive parasitics (RDL) and an increase in the amplitude of the pulses of the information signal of a multichannel RDL on an acoustic surface wave.
