SUBSTANCE: approach determination section determines whether a portable device is located within the near region of one of a plurality of transmitting antennae transmitting a primary signal. When the approach determination section determines that the portable device is located within the near region, a transmission control section changes the driving voltage of another antenna from the transmitting antennae located outside the near region, such that the communication region of the other from the transmitting antennae becomes larger so as to cover the near region of one of the transmitting antennae, and the primary signal is retransmitted from the other antenna from the transmitting antennae.
EFFECT: high communication reliability.
