FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: system of vehicle access/tire pressure monitoring includes multiple tire sensors, multiple low frequency (LF) antennas and ECU unit. Each tire sensor is installed in respective tire of vehicle. Each LF antenna is installed in vehicle and made capable to transfer LF field to activate two tire sensors. Certain antennas can also be made capable to transfer search LF field of SMART access system to activate transceiver unit and provide keyless access to vehicle. The ECU unit supports communication with tire sensors via receiver and LF antennas. The ECU unit is made capable to receive identification signals from corresponding tire sensors and to determine positions of corresponding tire sensors via antenna which has activated tire sensor transmitting corresponding identification signal, and depending on whether corresponding identification signal matches with other received identification signals or not.
EFFECT: higher vehicle tire pressure data reliability.
