FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in polling of sensors installed on structures and data processing on a PC, in comparison with previous parameters. Each structure has its code designations assigned, during sensor polling, whenever the appropriate code arrives along the communication line, equipment of only the chosen structure is put in operation, and parameters are measured, and then the next structure is polled. Polling of sensors and transmission of information is carried out with separation in time for each of the structures. The device that realises the proposed method comprises a set of measurement converters, a unit of preliminary signal processing, a digital bus, a converter, a control station made in the form of a computer, a display and a sound alarm device, and a control unit. Each unit of preliminary signal processing comprises an analogue to digital converter, a switchboard and a coder. Each control unit comprises a decoder, the first and second units of codes comparison, the first and second memory units, a time delay unit and a logical circuit.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of monitoring of building or engineering facility structure condition.
