FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed is the method for obtaining a dispersion, which includes a) mixing water dispersion of silanised particles of colloidal silicon dioxide with an organic compound, including hydroxyl groups, selected from ethyleneglycol and polyols, in the absence of any monofunctional alcohol and b) removal of water from the formed water dispersion until water residue in the dispersion constitutes lower than approximately 10 wt %. Also claimed is the dispersion obtained by the said method and versions of application thereof.
EFFECT: claimed method makes it possible to obtain the dispersion which remains stable in storage and transportation without the introduction of a separate stabiliser.
