FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing equipment for forming articles made of composite materials based on fibres durable and can be used, particularly in petrochemical and other industries for manufacture of hoses, tubes, elbows, knees, comprising curvilinear and rectilinear portions, winding method. Machine comprises two plates with straight grooves and one plate with a curved groove. Generator line of groove coincides with generator line of mandrel, mounted above plates. Mandrel passes freely through guide. Base of guide moves along grooves of boards by a driving chain, driven by an electric motor. On movable ring of guide is mounted a freely rotating reel with a reinforcing material. Movable ring of guide rotates on its axis by a motor mounted on base of guide.
EFFECT: technical result is higher quality of reinforced curved hoses and simple design of machine for winding reinforced curved sleeves.
