SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining and can be used for fluid medium flow control. The system contains a chamber implemented with a possibility of transmission of rotary motion to the fluid medium flowing through it, an inlet for the fluid medium connected with the chamber, a channel formed in the lower internal surface and passing through the chamber sidewall, and an exhaust for the fluid medium connected to the chamber in the place of the named channel. The chamber has the top internal surface, the lower internal surface and the sidewall passing between them. And the exhaust is implemented with a possibility of discharge of the fluid medium through the chamber sidewall along the named channel.
EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of the flow resistance adjustment.
