FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method for preserved snack. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Boiling, shelling, and cutting hen's eggs, cutting and blanching potatoes, blanching and cutting mussel meat and carrots, chopping and freezing fresh ornamental cabbages, cutting spring onion is performed. Listed components are mixed with preserved green peas, acetic acid, salt, hot black pepper, allspice, and bay leaf. Prepared mixture and mayonnaise are packed, sealed, and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to produce new preserves with usage of non-traditional vegetable raw materials.
