FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of preserved appetisers production. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. There is performed boiling, shelling and cutting of chicken eggs, cutting and blanching of potatoes, blanching and cutting of mussel meat and carrots, chopping and freezing of fresh ornamental cabbages, cutting of spring onions. Listed components are mixed with preserved green peas, dry milk, acetic acid, salt, black hot pepper, allspice and laurel leaf. Prepared mixture and mayonnaise is packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to produce new preserves with usage of non-traditional vegetable raw materials.
