FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, dentistry and radiology. Method includes introduction of a sensor of X-ray device with holder in oral cavity, installation of sensor in a projection of corresponding segment jaw, X-ray exposure. According to one version method includes making a pattern of sensor by mixing impression compound type A or C and application of mass in region where sensor with a holder in oral cavity in a projection of examined segment of jaw. Mass is adapted to surrounding tissues with controlling a bite to polymerisation of silicon to form a slot on sensor. Radiography is performed by means of sensor in slot on made pattern sensor with holder. In a second version method comprises producing a pre-print with withdrawal of examined jaw, jaw cast model of gypsum reprint jaw, manufacturing analogue sensor by removing impression from sensor X-ray machine. Impression of sensor is filled with quick-setting plastic to polymerisation with formation of sensor. Method includes removing impression material from sensor analogue and analogue sensor of quick-setting plastic in a projection of examined segment jaw on stone model jaw. Holder is installed on a sensor for relationship with direction of X-ray emitter (R-radiator). Sensor template is made from silicone impression material by mixing impression compound type A or C and introduced this mass in region where analogue sensor with a holder on stone model in a projection of examined segment jaw, adapting to surrounding tissues contours cast model to polymerisation of silicon to form a slot on sensor. Sensor template with holder is removed from surface of a plaster jaw model. Method includes removing from slot of sensor template said analogue sensor, performing antiseptic treatment of sensor template with holder and introducing into oral cavity, fitted to tissues within investigated segment of jaw. Sensor is introduced into oral cavity to match with slot of sensor template. Radiography is performed by means of sensor in slot on sensor template with holder.
EFFECT: versions of method provide accurate positioning of sensor during repeated isometric and proximal studies, comparative textural analysis of bone tissue of jaws in examined area, standardisation of images.
