FIELD: medicine, orthopedic dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in the manufacture of final prostheses for both jaws, based on dental implants. Working model is made using analogs of implants, the models of the jaws are built in the articulator space in a central relationship on the basis of preliminary prostheses, which were corrected in accordance with the individual functional movements of the jaw during wearing for 4 months. On the model of each jaw, titanium cylinders are placed on the right and left of at least two analogs of implants with multi-unit abutments and fixed with screws. On the model, a bite template frame is made of cold-polymerized plastic, which combines titanium cylinders. Templates are then removed from the models and the corresponding plates of the CRS Set 10 are fixed to them using a quick curing resin. In patient's mouth, at the interalveolar height established by the preliminary prostheses, the articular pathways are recorded by recording the Gothic angle. To do this, titanium cylinders, integrated into bite templates with CRS Set 10 plates, are placed on the multi-unit abutments in the patient's mouth and fixed with screws. Position of the pin at the apex of the Gothic corner is recorded, fixed with a rigid silicone impression material, templates are removed from the mouth. The model of the lower jaw is dismantled from the articulator, the bite templates with CRS Set 10 are fixed to the analogs of the implants on the models of the jaws and the obtained silicone register is inserted between them. Models are compared with templates so that the tip of the pin falls into the apex of the Gothic corner of the lower plate, and the model of the lower jaw is refined in articulator space.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency of orthopedic treatment of patients with missing teeth, providing accurate determination and reliable fixation of the true central jaw relation.
