FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical and orthopaedic dentistry and can be used for lower molar replacement with two dental implants of small diameter. Before the surgical intervention, the patient undergoes cone-beam computed tomography and digital scanning of the dentition, then in the planning program performing the virtual arrangement of the dental implants so that the distance between them is not less than 3.0 mm, and from the roots of the adjacent teeth to the implants is not less than 1.5 mm, after virtual placement of two dental implants of small diameter in a projection of medial and distal roots of the replaced molar, two identical tooth-shaped surgical navigation templates are made: in a first template, a guide sleeve for a pilot osteotomy is placed in a projection of a dental implant installed in a medial root, in a second template – an implant sleeve in a distal root of a mandibular molar, then, at the surgical stage, the dental implants are inserted into the bone tissue according to the developed individual navigation template, the templates are fixed on the teeth limiting the defect, after the formation of the mucoperiosteal flap, after the pilot drilling using the first navigation individual template for the dental implant positioning in the medial root area, it is removed and the second template is installed for the dental implant positioning in the distal root area, then performing successive expansion of dental implant installation zones to required size, with cutters for implant installation which are included in surgical kit, two dental implants are installed in the projection of the medial and distal roots of the first or second molars of the lower jaw, single interrupted sutures are applied on the surgical wound, the orthopaedic stage is performed in a digital protocol, performing installation of digital scanners – scan body in dental implants, performing intraoral digital scanning, in dental laboratory performing 3D modelling of crown with screw fixation and its milling with further gluing of titanium bases with round instead of hexagonal connection with implants, after the crown is fixed, the shafts of the fixing screws are closed with Teflon tapes and a photopolymerisable composite material.

EFFECT: method enables to provide accurate navigation positioning of dental implants of small diameter when replacing the first or second molar of the lower jaw with two dental implants, located in the projection of the medial and distal roots of the molar of the lower jaw, as well as with no need for additional osteoplastic interventions to reduce the level of injuries and reduce the length of rehabilitation of patients after implant treatment.
