According to the alarm system of DL communication UE can measure the quality of the received signals of additional carrier and control the reception of the controlling information by physical downlink control channels (PDCCH) of additional carriers and data on physical downlink shared channels (PDSCH) of additional carriers.
EFFECT: reduction of data transmission delay and energy consumption of user equipment.
