SUBSTANCE: to this end, BWP indication information transmitted by the network device is received by a terminal device. BWP configuration message is used to configure a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) resource of at least one BWP. Using a terminal device, receiving BWP indication information from a network device, which is used to send a command to a terminal device to activate a first BWP from at least one BWP; SPS resource is activated at the first BWP with the help of the terminal device. Thus, data transmission failure situation can be avoided, which occurs when the UE cannot receive or cannot correctly analyze the BWP indication information and the base station and the UE communicate using other BWP.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the quality of communication during activation, deactivation or switching of part of the BWP bandwidth.
