FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: high-speed ship control system comprises the indication and control board with video controller. Besides, it includes two sets of the ship dynamic displacement transducers integrated with controls. There are fore and aft control surfaces two-channel actuators. Two computer of lower control are integrated with said indication and control board. Transaction non-blocking switchboard runs on the FPGA gate user-programmed array interconnected in a definite manner by radial communication channels.
