SUBSTANCE: operational amplifier (op amp) comprises two input transistors, two series connected forward-biased p-n-junctions, two current stabilizing two-poles, two supply rails, two intermediate transistors, two auxiliary supply voltage sources, two current stabilizing resistors and two current mirrors.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the bandwidth op amps, as well as increasing the speed op amp with impulse inputs.
