FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics and can be used as signals amplification precision device. Bipolar field-effect operating amplifier comprises input differential cascade, which common source circuit is connected with first bus of power supply source, input differential cascade first and second inputs, input differential cascade first current output, connected to first output transistor emitter, input differential cascade second current output, connected to second output transistor emitter, first auxiliary two-terminal device, which first output is connected to second output transistor emitter, second auxiliary two-terminal device, which first output is connected to first output transistor emitter, dynamic load circuit, matched with first bus of power supply source, which input is connected to first output transistor collector, and output is connected to device output and second output transistor collector, wherein bases of first and second output transistors are connected to each other, second bus of power supply source, wherein first and second auxiliary two-terminal devices second outputs are connected to second bus of power supply source through first current-stabilizing two-terminal device and connected to additional transistor base, additional transistor emitter is connected to second bus of power supply source, and collector is connected to first bus of power supply source via second additional current-stabilizing two-terminal device.
EFFECT: technical result is decreasing of zero offset voltage.
