FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device is used for sealing any type of shutoff valve to prevent unauthorised collection of media from pipelines for various purposes. Device comprises wafer gate 1 with movable rod 2 and connection flange 3, 4 connected with drive rod 2, flexible control element 5, seal 6 and sealing unit 7. Unit 7 is installed on flange 3 is located between gate 1 and electric drive 4 comprises stationary case 8 with moving blade 12. Housing 8 has cylindrical shape in form of disc with through fastening holes 10, with through transverse grooves 11 to accommodate element 5 and 9 with central hole with diameter equal to outer diameter of blade 12. Blade 12 is made of cylindrical shape in form of disc has central mounting hole 19, coupled with rod 2 is equipped with two-sided vertical surface cutouts 15 on side of one of its bases 13. Recesses 15 are made with ledges 16 to make cutting edges 17, with horizontal sites 18 for arrangement of element 5 located parallel to other 14 blade 12. During standard conditions elements 5 are stretched, their ends are fixed by unit on which seal 6 is installed. During emergency blade 12 is capable of interacting with elements 5 and tearing off their cutting edges 17.

EFFECT: engineering solution increases and widens functional quality, providing a compact design of sealing assembly, higher reliability.
