FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for locking and simultaneous sealing of railway cars, containers, vans. Invention objective consists in increased reliability and protection of device against unauthorised opening. Locking-sealing device is proposed, comprising body with longitudinal recess arranged in its cavity, rope, which is fixed with one of its ends in body, insert installed in body recess to form through channel to let through free end of rope in process of device assembly, where cut is provided to communicate with channel to let free end of rope through, having seats for stop element of rope in the form of revolution body and spring element, interacting with stop element, and protective orifice installed with the possibility of rotation at the inlet to channel to let through free end of channel. It is equipped with cover installed on body at the side of inlet to channel to let through free end of rope and plank arranged between end part of body and cover, and protective orifice is installed in hole of plank under cover, at the same time at least on one side of insert there is at least one groove arranged, and on body, at least on one of its sides, there is at least one reference pocket coupled with groove.

EFFECT: increased reliability of sealing and protection against unauthorised opening and provision of the possibility to register fact of opening or attempt of seal opening.
