SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hardware and may be used to lock and simultaneously seal railway cars, containers, vans, warehouses, etc. Monoblock seal comprises body, insert, rope, stop element and spring element. Insert is non-detachably installed in body recess. Wedge slot and groove are arranged in insert. Slot is communicated with channel to let through free end of rope and has seats for stop element and spring element. With one of its ends the rope is fixed in through hole of body. Stop element is arranged in the form of revolution body. Spring element interacts with stop element. Projection of insert wedge slot to plane consists of four serially coupled lines. Body is arranged with at least one reference pocket coupled with insert groove.
