FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: container comprises upper part with neck, base that forms container bottom, and body part. Base comprises rim, stretching from body part to contact ring, which serves as support for container. Base comprises central part produced by element pushed upward and having shape of truncated cone arranged along longitudinal axis of container, and inversion ring, having S-shaped form in section and limiting element, which is pushed upwards. Largest external diametre of truncated cone makes not more than 30% from largest external diametre of base, its upper surface is parallel to support surface. Inversion ring creates dome-like section directed inside, surface of which is inclined to the side of longitudinal axis of container. Element, which is pushed upward, comprises side surface, where multiple grooves are arranged, and on dome-like section of inversion ring directed inside there are multiple chute-like channels arranged, which pass in radial direction and adjoin according grooves.

EFFECT: invention provides for counteraction to deformation at low pressure, which makes it possible to give a glassy view to plastic container, with simple shape.
