FIELD: shield tunnelling technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for launching, receiving, translational movement and rotation of a tunnel shield. A device for launching, receiving, translational movement and turning of a large tunnelling shield contains an upper support structure, a lower support structure, a rotary support mechanism and a rotation drive mechanism. Said upper support structure, the slewing support mechanism and the lower support structure are arranged sequentially from top to bottom. The first end of the slewing ring is connected to the upper support structure, and the second end of the slewing ring is connected to the lower supporting structure. The upper support structure and the lower support structure are rotatable relative to each other, and both sides of the lower support structure are provided with rotation drive mechanisms. The upper support structure is configured to rotate relative to the lower support structure under the pushing action of the rotation drive mechanism with the purpose of regulation. A ratchet-type welded support is firmly mounted on the upper support structure, and the rotation drive mechanism rotates the upper support structure by driving the ratchet-type welded support.
EFFECT: reducing the construction time of two tracks with the work performed using one tunnelling shield.
