FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: device for movable coupling of screw in nozzle of amphibious vehicle has water propulsion-steering complex consisting of screw in propeller nozzle and water steering gear of amphibious vehicle connected to hull of amphibious vehicle having main bottom with propulsion-steering complex capable of moving in vertical plane by raising and lowering mechanism. This mechanism is equipped with swinging step which in work position has hinged fixing to hull in its front part and from the opposite side it has extension section with installed water propulsion-steering complex having folding spade on its bottom surface and mechanisms' drives protected by fairing. Propulsion-steering complex is capable of moving in horizontal plane together with extension section through its shifting struts with regard to swinging step and is also capable of vertical-angular movement together with swinging step due to its raising and lowering mechanism.
EFFECT: increase of amphibious vehicle speed on water and increase of cross-country ability during passage ashore or travel off roads with simultaneous arrangement of conditions for protection of water propulsion-steering complex from damages, and protection of special purpose amphibious vehicles from anti-bottom mines and possibility of self-entrenching.
