FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-fighting systems that exploits the high-pressure dispersed water. Claimed process is realised by the drive motor control device including the atomisers (112), pump plant, control system (111) with pressure meters (110) and pipeline (105) to feed fire-fighting means to atomisers. Claimed device comprises the pump drives each being composed of the pump (101) and its actuator AC motor (102, 203a-f) connected with the supply circuit (106) via contactor (206a-f). Frequency inverter (108) executes the control proceeding from the pressure measured in the pipeline. Said frequency inverter allows a smooth pressure adjustment by one motor (102, 203a-f) at very time moment. Note here that the other motors are directly connected to the supply zone.

EFFECT: development of the redundant control system for optimisation of water-and-electric power feed, decreased motor starting current surges.
