FIELD: fire-prevention equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to control of stationary fire-prevention equipment, namely to internal fire water supply system and domestic and drinking water supply systems, in particular, to low-flow fire hydrants, which automatically switches on main fire pump and low-flow pump, and can be used in design, development and construction of new and reconstruction of existing internal fire water pipelines and fire hydrants, when pressure in hydraulic network is insufficient to form fire extinguishing finely sprayed water flow. This method and the device can be used in the household water supply network using intra-apartment fire extinguishing devices. Method for increasing pressure in internal fire water supply line comprises feeding water from fire hydrant valve to spray gun through fire hose and shut-off device of spray gun, wherein low pressure at the outlet of each valve is converted into high pressure by a low-flow pump, which is automatically activated when there is movement of water along the hydraulic path from the inlet to the valve until the finely atomized flow exits from the spray gun, note here that automatic switching on of low-flow pump and control of common fire pump of internal fire water pipeline is performed at mutual actuation of gate position indicators both valve and shut-off device of gun-sprayer or at actuation of liquid flow indicator only. Device for implementing method of increasing pressure in internal fire water supply system includes common fire pump connected through system of pipelines with fire hydrants, each valve of which is hydraulically connected to the beginning of the fire hose, the outlet end of which is connected to the locking device of the spray gun. In rupture of hydraulic circuit "valve-hose – fire gun-sprayer" between valve and fire hose low-flow pump is connected. Control of drive of low-flow pump and common fire pump of inner fire water pipeline may be performed according to one of two versions: if the fire valve and the gun locking device are equipped with a gate position indicator, then due to series-connected in each circuit normally open contacts of the gate position signaling devices, installed both on the fire hydrant valve and on the fire gun shut-off device; if in break of hydraulic circuit "fire shut-off valve of traditional fire hydrant – low-flow pump – fire hose – spray gun" between low-flow pump and fire hose is connected in series and liquid flow indicator, then due to normally open contacts of fluid flow indicators.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of increasing pressure in internal fire water supply system.
