SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a set of sequences of primers and allele-specific probes for simultaneous gene diagnostics of two mutant alleles causing a complex of spine abnormalities (CVM) and deficit of leucocytal adhesion (BLAD) in cattle. The set includes sequences of primers and allele-specific probes, which have the following structure: CVM_up gattctcaagagcttaattctaagga, CVM_low aagtaaaccccagcaaagccac, CVM_Wt (FAM)-aggtctcatggcagttct-(BHQ1), CVM_m (R6G)-catggcatttctcacagcat-(BHQ2), BLAD_up ttaggcagttgcgttc, BLAD_low acgttgacgaggtcatccacca, BLAD_Wt (ROX)-accccatcgacctgtacta-(BHQ1), BLAD_m (Cy5)-ccatcggcctgtactacct-(BHQ2).
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simultaneously diagnose CVM and BLAD in cattle by PCR method in real time, to reduce time of performance of a polymerase chain reaction in real time.
