Specific oligonucleotide primers are used for PCR.

EFFECT: invention enables detecting carriers of the syndrome of insufficient adhesion of lymphocytes in cattle (BLAD) in populations of cattle of black-and-white roots (Holstein, black-and-white, Yaroslavl and other related breeds).
