FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for the management of pregnant women with the infectious pathology of the urogenital tract at an early gestational age in pregnant women, the state of mucosal immunity, the course of infectious and gestational processes are examined. When revealing the clinical picture of miscarriages, the dysbiosis of the microbiocenosis of the biotope of the mucous open cavities or the inflammatory process of the biotope of the mucous open cavities, the presence of clinical manifestations of the infectious process and/or the verification of the pathogen, prevention of abortion, vitamin therapy, antibiotic therapy, immunoglobulin and immunomodulator with antimicrobial activity is prescribed. If a clinical picture of miscarriage, normocoenosis or intermediate type of microbiocenosis of the biotope of the mucous open cavities, clinical manifestations of the infectious process and/or the verification of the pathogen is revealed, prophylaxis of pregnancy termination, vitamin therapy, antibiotic therapy, an immunomodulator with antimicrobial activity is prescribed. In the physiological course of pregnancy, the detection of the microbiocenosis dysbiosis of the biotope of the mucous open cavities or the inflammatory process of the biotope of the mucous open cavities, the clinical manifestations of the infectious process and/or the verification of the pathogen prescribe vitamin therapy and an immunomodulator with antimicrobial activity. In the physiological course of pregnancy, the detection of normocenosis or an intermediate type of microbiocenosis of the biotope of mucous open cavities, clinical manifestations of the infectious process and/or verification of the pathogen, vitamin therapy is carried out.
EFFECT: method allows to achieve an adequate drug and immunological treatment by conducting a personalized approach to choosing treatment tactics in preventing complications of antibacterial therapy by clarifying the indications for its conduct.
