FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, namely to obstetrics, gynecology, infectious pathology and immunology. Invention involves a method for assessing the state of mucosal immunity in pregnant women with a urogenital infection using classification rules for linear discriminant analysis of EG TLRs levels. Problem is solved such that in pregnant women with UGI in the scraper material from mucous membranes of the cervical canal and / or sheath, the levels of EG TLR2, TLR3, TLR8 are established by real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) with reverse transcription (OT-Real-Time PCR). Then, to assess the state of mucosal immunity, classification function values are calculated by formulas, and the derived by formulas of classification linear functions indicators of discriminant analysis F1, F2 and F3 are used to determine their maximum values. At maximum value F1 reduced state of mucosal immunity is established, with maximum value F2 establishing the normal state of mucosal immunity, with the maximum value of F3 hyperreaction of mucosal immunity is stated.
EFFECT: invention can be used in prediction of pregnancy outcome in urogenital infection.
