SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lid (8) of a container, in particular for beverage can with a substantially planar surface (9) of the lid and preferably folded edge part. On the surface (9) of the lid the resealable pouring opening (10) is located with the coordinated pouring opening (10) formed substantially integrally closure (1) which is fixed entirely without the ability of rotation on the blower side of the surface (9) of the lid, and with the actuating means (6) being in connection with the closure (1), penetrating the surface of the lid, which is fixed with access from outside on the upper side of the surface (9) of the lid. The closure (1) by actuating the actuating means (6) is moved from the closed position to the opened position, at that the actuating means (6) has a locking element (12, 12', 14, 15) which cooperates with the surface (9) of the lid when the closure (1) is in the opened position. The closure (1) from the closed position substantially perpendicular to the surface (9) of the lid moves into the opened position, and the actuating means (6) in the closed position closes the pouring opening (10).
