FIELD: fuel.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of rocket fuel from kerosene-gas oil cuts hydrogenation from hydro-cracking of petroleum asphalt residues of sulphur and high-sulfur oils. According to method asphalt-free oil is subjected to two-stage hydrocracking in reactors with ascending flow of combined feed and a fixed layer of aluminium-cobalt-molybdenum catalyst at pressure of 15 MPa, temperature of 400-420 °C, volume rate of raw material supply of 0.5 h-1, hydrogen-containing gas circulation of 1,000 m3/(m3/s) with intermediate fractionation of hydrogenation product of first stage at temperature of 180-350 °C and further extraction of target fraction at temperature of 180-290 °C, which is repeatedly hydrocracked in second reactor under same conditions with subsequent stabilisation of target fraction of 180-290 °C hydrogenation product in fractionation column.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of ecologically clean rocket fuel with ultralow sulphur content and minimum content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from available raw material base.
