FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: asphalt-free oil from process of deasphaltisation of residue of sulphureous and high-sulphureous oils with petrol is subjected to catalytic cracking in lift-reactor on zeolite-containing catalyst under pressure 0.5-2.0 atm, temperature 510-540°C, multiplicity of catalyst circulation to raw material 10:1 with the following rectification of catalyst, separation of light gasoil fraction with boiling interval 200-270°C and its following deep hydration in reactor with upflow stream of gas-raw material mixture and immobile layer of tungsten-nickel-sulphide catalyst under pressure 15 MPa, temperature 350°C, volume speed of raw material supply 0.5 h-1, and rectification with extraction of target fraction of hydrogenation products in interval of boiling temperatures 220-260°C.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain ecologically pure liquid propellant with ultralow content of sulphur and minimal content of polycyclic aromatic compounds from available raw material.
