SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television surveillance, which is computer system using monochrome (black-and-white) of television camera with all-round view in region closer to hemisphere, i.e. in solid angle of 360 degrees on azimuth and tens of degrees on the elevation angle. Result is achieved due to using of target crystal in form of circular ring for photo detector and implementation in television camera of additional scanner function with increased number of elements.
EFFECT: technical result is optimising communication channel bandwidth of television camera with server with provision of high resolution of formed image.
