FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television scanned, which is carried out by computer system by means of colour image annular photodetector made according to technology of charge coupled devices (CCD). Result is achieved by using of four line annular sensor as photodetector by mechanical scanning in perpendicular direction relative to fixed plane of panoramic image of lens.
EFFECT: technical result is maintaining constant parameter of angle of elevation and elimination of passive pixels.
