FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television scanning, which is carried out by computer system by means of single-line circular photodetector of monochrome (black-and-white) image, made according to technology of charge coupled devices (CCD). Result is achieved by using photodetector single-line annular sensor by mechanical scanning in perpendicular direction relative to fixed plane of panoramic image of lens.

EFFECT: technical result is maintaining constant parameter of angle of elevation and elimination of passive pixels.
